THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MOUNT HOLLY NJ HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTHERN MONROE COUNTY IN NORTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA

* UNTIL 600 PM EDT.

* AT 357 PM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED OVER TWO 
INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN OVER PORTIONS OF SOUTHERN MONROE COUNTY.  
ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINFALL IS EXPECTED AS MORE SHOWERS AND 
THUNDERSTORMS MOVE THROUGH THE AREA. 

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF CREEKS
AND STREAMS...ROADS AND ROADSIDE CULVERTS. THE HEAVY RAINS COULD ALSO
TRIGGER ROCK AND MUDSLIDES IN STEEP TERRAIN.
