* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHERN NEW CASTLE COUNTY IN NORTHERN DELAWARE

* UNTIL 545 AM EST.

* AT 240 AM EST...THE RIVER GAUGE AT COOCHS BRIDGE ON THE CHRISTINA 
RIVER INDICATED A STAGE OF 9.24 FEET...WHICH IS ABOVE THE FLOOD 
STAGE OF 9 FEET. OVER AN INCH OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN NORTHERN NEW 
CASTLE COUNTY. THE STEADY RAIN IS ENDING BUT FURTHER SHOWERS ARE 
EXPECTED THROUGH THE EARLY MORNING HOURS.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
