PHILADELPHIA COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA * UNTIL 945 AM EDT. * AT 640 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED ADDITIONAL MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN MOVING INTO PHILADELPHIA FROM THE EAST. RAINFALL TOTALS SINCE SATURDAY AFTERNOON HAVE BEEN 2.65 INCHES AT INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT AND 2.30 INCHES AT NORTHEAST AIRPORT.
