* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR NEW CASTLE COUNTY DELAWARE...

* UNTIL 545 PM EST.

* AT 330 PM EST THE GAGE AT COOCHES BRIDGE ALONG THE CHRISTINA RIVER 
  IN NEW CASTLE COUNTY DELAWARE WAS 9.2 FEET AND RISING. A CREST OF 
  OF AROUND 10 FEET IS EXPECTED LATE THIS AFTERNOON.  FLOOD STAGE IS 
  9 FEET.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS RAIN THIS AFTERNOON IS CAUSING FLOODING OF 
SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES.
