THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PITTSBURGH HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  BELMONT COUNTY IN OHIO

* UNTIL 1130 AM EDT

* AT 930 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED THAT MORE 
  HEAVY RAIN WAS OVER WESTERN OHIO MOVING EAST ABOUT 30 MPH.         
  ANYWHERE FROM 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN FELL THIS MORNING. MORE RAIN   
  ACROSS THE AREA WILL CONTINUE TO CAUSE STREAMS AND CREEKS TO       
  OVERFLOW THEIR BANKS.
