IN SOUTHERN CONNECTICUT NEW LONDON FAIRFIELD NEW HAVEN MIDDLESEX * UNTIL 1245 PM EST. * DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN CONTINUES TO FALL ACROSS THESE LOCATIONS. RAIN FALL AMOUNTS OF 1 1/2 TO AROUND 2 INCHES HAVE ALREADY FALLEN IN THESE AREAS. A LARGE AREA OF HEAVY RAIN MOVING UP FROM THE SOUTH COULD PRODUCE AMOUNTS OF ONE HALF TO ONE INCH ACROSS THE WARNING AREA WHICH WILL LEAD TO MINOR FLOODING. * SOME FLOOD PRONE LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING AREA INCLUDE...
