  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF SECAUCUS

* AT 304 PM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN OVER SECAUCUS...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF 
...URBAN AREAS...HIGHWAYS...STREETS AND UNDERPASSES AS WELL 
AS OTHER DRAINAGE AREAS AND LOW LYING SPOTS.
