* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTH CENTRAL FAIRFIELD COUNTY IN SOUTHERN CONNECTICUT
  SOUTH OF I95 WHICH INCLUDES THE CITY OF NORWALK

* UNTIL 530 PM EDT

* AT 444 PM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN OVER THE AREA.

* RAINFALL RATES UP TO 2 AND 1/2 INCHES PER HOUR WILL CONTINUE FOR 
  THE NEXT 15 TO 30 MINUTES CAUSING WIDESPREAD URBAN FLOODING.
