THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN UPTON NY HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  WESTCHESTER COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST NEW YORK

* UNTIL 1115 PM EDT

* AT 817 PM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY 
RAIN OVER WESTCHESTER COUNTY.  THIS RAIN MAY RESULT IN THE FLOODING 
OF STREAMS AND SMALL RIVERS IN THE COUNTY AS WELL AS URBAN STREET 
AND HIGHWAY FLOODING. 

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE 
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS 
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY. 
MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
