THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR LAWRENCE AND MAURY COUNTIES

* UNTIL 630 PM CST

* AT 215 PM, LAWRENCE COUNTY EMA REPORTED THAT SHOAL CREEK IN 
LAWRENCEBURG WAS LEAVING ITS BANK. THIS IS THE RESULT OF PERSISTENT 
HEAVY RAINFALL THAT HAS FALLEN OVER MIDDLE TENNESSEE THE PAST 12 
HOURS. LOOK FOR THUNDERSTORMS OVER LAWRENCE COUNTY TO MOVE 
NORTHEASTWARD INTO MAURY COUNTY, WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL CONTINUING 
THE REMAINDER OF THE AFTERNOON.

A FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT. IT IS IMPORTANT TO
