FENTRESS COUNTY...SOUTHEASTERN OVERTON COUNTY...AND EASTERN PUTNAM COUNTY * UNTIL 1130 PM CST * AT 831 PM CST...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL EXTENDING FROM JAMESTOWN TO MONTEREY...MOVING TOWARD THE NORTHEAST AROUND 45 MPH. * THESE THUNDERSTORMS ARE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING AS MUCH AS 1.5 INCHES OF RAIN PER HOUR ON TOP OF A GROUND THAT IS ALREADY SATURATED.
