* AT 844 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED IN EXCESS
  OF 3 INCHES OF RAIN IN ABOUT 3 HOURS. MORE HEAVY RAIN IS ENTERING
  FRANKLIN COUNTY FROM NORTHERN ALABAMA. EMA OFFICIALS HAVE ALREADY
