* AT 427 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN
  FROM DEERFIELD TO WESTPOINT AND BACK TO LAWRENCEBURG. THIS CLUSTER OF
  STORMS IS NEARLY STATIONARY...AND WILL PRODUCE BETWEEN 2 AND 4 INCHES OF
  RAINFALL THROUGH 630 PM.
