THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN OMAHA HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  RICHARDSON COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST NEBRASKA
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF FALLS CITY

* UNTIL 1000 AM CDT

* AT 348 AM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED THAT
  BETWEEN ONE AND A HALF AND THREE INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN ACROSS
  RICHARDSON COUNTY OVER THE PAST SEVERAL HOURS.  ADDITIONAL
  RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF ONE TO TWO INCHES WILL BE POSSIBLE THIS
  MORNING AS STORMS TO THE WEST REPEATEDLY MOVE OVER THE AREA.  THIS
  EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL LIKELY LEAD TO FLASH FLOODING OF LOCAL
  STREAMS AND PRONE AREAS...AS WELL AS A RAPID INCREASE IN WATER
  LEVELS ALONG THE BIG NEMAHA RIVER.

REMEMBER...A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR
OCCURRING. IF YOU ARE IN THE WARNING AREA MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND
IMMEDIATELY IF FLOODING IS OBSERVED. RESIDENTS LIVING ALONG STREAMS
AND CREEKS SHOULD TAKE IMMEDIATE PRECAUTIONS TO PROTECT LIFE AND
