* AT 534 PM MDT...RADAR INDICATED A STORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL   
  OVER SULA...OR 36 MILES SOUTH OF HAMILTON...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 
  MPH.

UP TO ONE HALF INCH OF RAIN IN 20 MINUTES WAS REPORTED BY SPOTTERS 
IN THE SULA AREA.
