* AT 1239 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR AND SANTA
  ROSA EMA REPORTS INDICATED THAT A WATERSPOUT HAS MOVED ONSHORE AND
  BECOME A WEAK TORNADO ON THE BEACH ON THE EGLIN RESERVE...NEAR THE 
  WATER TOWER.  THIS WEAK TORNADO IS NOW LOCATED 5 MILES NORTH OF THE
  BEACH AND IS MOVING NORTH-NORTHEAST AT 10 MPH.
