THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MOBILE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  GEORGE COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST MISSISSIPPI
  STONE COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST MISSISSIPPI

* UNTIL 1100 AM CST

* AT 845 AM CST...MINOR FLOODING HAS BEEN REPORTED BY STONE COUNTY 
EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT THIS MORNING WITH SEVERAL STREAMS NEARING 
BANKFULL. WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED AREAS OF HEAVY 
RAIN ACROSS STONE AND GEORGE COUNTIES. IN ADDITION...SHOWERS AND 
THUNDERSTORMS EXTENDING SOUTHWEST INTO SOUTHERN LOUISIANA WERE 
MOVING NORTHEAST TOWARD THE WARNED AREA. HEAVY RAINS ARE LIKELY 
THROUGHOUT THE MORNING WITH UP TO 3 INCHES OF ADDITIONAL RAINFALL 
POSSIBLE.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT. IT IS 
IMPORTANT TO KNOW WHERE YOU ARE RELATIVE TO STREAMS...RIVERS...OR 
CREEKS WHICH CAN BECOME KILLERS IN HEAVY RAINS. CAMPERS SHOULD AVOID 
CAMPING ALONG STREAMS OR CREEKS DURING THREATENING RAINS.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR OCCURRING.
IF YOU ARE IN THE WARNING AREA MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND IMMEDIATELY.
