* AT 230 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN OVER CLARA...OR ABOUT 4 MILES SOUTHWEST OF WAYNESBORO.  THE
  AREA OF HEAVY RAIN WAS NEARLY STATIONARY.

* THE THUNDERSTORM WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL BE NEAR...
