  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN CONTINUING TO MOVE EAST AT 30
  MPH ACROSS NORTHERN WAYNE COUNTY.  GROUND CONDITIONS ARE ALREADY
  SATURATED FROM HEAVY RAINS OVER THE LAST TWO DAYS...MAKING FLASH
  FLOODING IMMINENT OVER NORTHERN WAYNE COUNTY.
