* AT 323 AM EST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  DEVELOPING TORNADO OVER WEST CENTRAL OKEECHOBEE COUNTY...OR ABOUT
  27 MILES EAST OF SEBRING...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.

* THE STORM IS EXPECTED TO PASS NORTH OF FORT DRUM ACROSS ROUTE 441.
