  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH DAMAGING WINDS OVER LA BELLE...MOVING
  NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.

HEAVY RAINS MAY FLOOD POORLY DRAINED AREAS MAKING ROADWAYS
