  CENTRAL AND EASTERN ST. FRANCIS COUNTY IN EASTERN ARKANSAS

* UNTIL 1000 PM CDT.

* AT 910 PM CDT...DOPPLER WEATHER RADAR CONTINUED TO INDICATE A      
  TORNADO WITH A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM MOVING THROUGH THE FORREST CITY 
  AREA.  THE ST. FRANCIS COUNTY SHERIFF OFFICE REPORTED STRUCTURAL   
  DAMAGE IN FORREST CITY AS THE STORM MOVED THROUGH AT 910 PM.

  HAIL DAMAGE TO AUTOMOBILES AND BUILDINGS WAS REPORTED FROM         
  THROUGHOUT NORTHERN ST. FRANCIS COUNTY AS WELL.
