* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  TIPTON COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST TENNESSEE

* UNTIL 1115 PM CST.

* AT 908 PM CST...RADAR SHOWED THUNDERSTORMS MOVING OVER TIPTON      
  COUNTY WITH HEAVY RAIN. ADDITIONAL STORMS WILL SPREAD OVER THE 
  AREA THROUGH 10 PM. NUMEROUS ROADS HAVE BEEN FLOODED. WATER WAS
  REPORTED IN SOME BASEMENTS OF BUILDINGS IN COVINGTON.
