* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  RANDOLPH COUNTY IN EASTERN ARKANSAS

* UNTIL 800 PM CDT.

* AT 452 PM CDT...WEATHER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN BETWEEN 
RAVENDEN SPRINGS AND POCAHONTAS. RADAR ESTIMATES INDICATE 3 TO 4 
INCHES OF RAIN WITHIN THE LAST 2 HOURS. ADDITIONAL STORMS ARE 
EXPECTED TO MOVE ACROSS THE AREA DURING THE NEXT FEW HOURS BRINGING 
ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAIN.
