* UNTIL 230 AM CDT.

* AT 1138 PM CDT...WEATHER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN MOVING    
  BACK INTO CLAY COUNTY. RAINFALL RATES 1 TO 2 INCHES PER HOUR       
  ARE EXPECTED THROUGH 2 AM. EARLIER TONIGHT UP TO 10 INCHES FELL    
  OVER PARTS OF CLAY COUNTY. THE GROUND IS SATURATED AND ANY         
  ADDITIONAL RAINFALL WILL AGGRAVATE THE SITUATION.
