* AT 642 PM CDT...WEATHER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN BETWEEN 
PIGGOTT AND CORNING. SINCE EARLIER THIS EVENING...OVER 6 INCHES OF 
RAIN HAS FALLEN NEAR HICKORIA. RAINFALL RATES ARE IN EXCESS OF 3 
INCHES PER HOUR. THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUE TO DEVELOP AND MOVE ACROSS 
CLAY COUNTY AND SIGNIFICANT ADDITIONAL RAIN AMOUNTS ARE POSSIBLE.
