* AT 717 PM CDT...A LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER REPORTED WIDESPREAD      
  FLOODING AND FLASH FLOODING DUE TO HEAVY THUNDERSTORMS THROUGHOUT  
  HOWARD COUNTY.

* SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED BY THIS FLASH FLOOD WARNING INCLUDE...   
  KNOTT...LOMAX...SOUTH HAVEN...ELBOW...SAND SPRINGS...VEALMOOR...
