BOONE COUNTY IN CENTRAL MISSOURI * UNTIL 1030 PM CDT * AT 431 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN IN AND AROUND THE COLUMBIA METROPOLITAN AREA AND OVER SOUTHERN BOONE COUNTY. RADAR ESTIMATES OF 3 TO 4 INCHES OF RAINFALL HAVE OCCURRED SINCE 230 PM THIS AFTERNOON OVER PORTIONS OF WESTERN AND SOUTHERN BOONE COUNTY. * FLASH FLOODING CAN BE EXPECTED ACROSS THE AREA...AND WILL BE AFFECTING THE SOUTHERN TWO THIRDS OF BOONE COUNTY.
