  CENTRAL BOONE COUNTY IN CENTRAL MISSOURI

* UNTIL 730 PM CDT

* AT 530 PM CDT...LAW ENFORCEMENT REPORTED FLASH FLOODING IN AND
  AROUND COLUMBIA.  CARS WERE TRAPPED IN THREE FEET OF WATER ON
  RANGELINE ROAD.

* FLASH FLOODING CAN BE EXPECTED ACROSS THE AREA...AND WILL BE
  AFFECTING THE CITY OF COLUMBIA AND SURROUNDING AREAS.

IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED OR IMMINENT...MOVE QUICKLY TO HIGHER
