* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CALLAWAY COUNTY IN CENTRAL MISSOURI
  MONTGOMERY COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL MISSOURI
  PIKE COUNTY IN NORTHEAST MISSOURI

* UNTIL 1115 PM CDT

* AT 822 PM CDT...LAW ENFORCEMENT REPORTED FLASH FLOODING IN AND   
AROUND HIGHWAY 94 IN RHINELAND ...WATER COVERING THE ROADWAY ON 
HIGHWAY 19 BETWEEN WELLSVILLE AND MONTGOMERY CITY IN MONTGOMERY 
COUNTY. THE PIKE COUNTY MISSOURI SHERRIFS DEPARTMENT REPORTED 
SEVERAL ROADS AROUND THE COUNTY COVERED WITH WATER AND BARRICADES 
WERE BEING ERECTED. 

STRONG THUNDERSTORMS MOVED ACROSS THE REGION EARLIER THIS EVENING 
DROPPING RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 2 TO 4 INCHES OVER PARTS OF THE AREA. 
ANOTHER AREA OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE CROSSING THIS AREA 
THROUGH 1000 PM. 

* FLASH FLOODING CAN BE EXPECTED ACROSS THE AREA...AND WILL BE   
AFFECTING THE TOWNS OF FULTON...MONTGOMERY 
CITY...MOKANE...RHINELAND...MIDDLETOWN...NEW HARTFORD...AND BOWLING
