* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  MONITEAU COUNTY IN CENTRAL MISSOURI

* UNTIL 400 PM CDT

* AT 1212 PM CDT...LAW ENFORCEMENT REPORTED FLASH FLOODING IN AND
  AROUND THE CALIFORNIA AREA. HIGHWAY 50 WAS COVERED WITH WATER AND  
  WAS NEARLY IMPASSABLE. MORE RAIN IS EXPECTED DURING THE NEXT FEW   
  HOURS CAUSING ADDITIONAL FLASH FLOODING.   

* FLASH FLOODING CAN BE EXPECTED ACROSS THE AREA...AND WILL BE       
  AFFECTING THE TOWNS OF CALIFORNIA...MCGIRK...LATHAM...AND HIGH
