THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN LOUISVILLE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  WARREN COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL KENTUCKY
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF BOWLING GREEN

* UNTIL 530 PM CDT

* AT 400 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR HEAVY RAIN OVER
  EASTERN AND NORTHERN WARREN COUNTY. DOPPLER RADAR HAS ESTIMATED
  THAT BETWEEN ONE AND THREE INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN RECENTLY
  IN PARTS OF NORTHERN AND EASTERN WARREN COUNTY. LAW ENFORCEMENT
  REPORTED WATER OVER A COUPLE OF ROADS IN THE EASTERN SECTIONS
  OF THE COUNTY

  HEAVY RAIN WILL CONTINUE THROUGH 5 PM...WITH THE POTENTIAL FOR
  ANOTHER INCH OR TWO OF RAIN. THIS HEAVY RAIN WILL
  LIKELY LEAD TO FLASH FLOODING. THE MOST LIKELY AREAS OF FLASH
  FLOODING WILL BE NORTH AND EAST OF BOWLING GREEN.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY.
THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY.
VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY. MOVE TO
HIGHER GROUND.
