* AT 1152 AM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED ANOTHER
BAND OF VERY HEAVY RAIN JUST WEST OF TELL CITY...OR ABOUT 55 MILES
WEST OF LOUISVILLE...MOVING EAST AT 5 MPH. MORE BANDS OF RAIN WILL
DEVELOP THROUGH THE EARLY AFTERNOON AND PRODUCE ADDITIONAL RAINFALL
AMOUNTS BETWEEN ONE AND ONE HALF INCHES DURING THE NEXT COUPLE OF
