THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN LOUISVILLE HAS EXTENDED THE

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  BOURBON COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL KENTUCKY
  SCOTT COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL KENTUCKY

* UNTIL 945 PM EDT

* AT 740 PM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THAT THE
BULK OF THE HEAVY RAIN HAS ENDED ACROSS BOURBON AND SCOTT COUNTIES.
HOWEVER...EMERGENCY OFFICIALS STILL REPORTED WATER RISING ON SEVERAL
ROADWAYS. THEREFORE...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING WILL CONTINUE FOR
BOURBON AND SCOTT COUNTIES.

THE EMERGENCY MANAGER IN SCOTT COUNTY REPORTED NUMEROUS ROADS CLOSED
DUE TO HIGH WATER. CENTRAL DISPATCH IN BOURBON COUNTY ALSO REPORTED
A ROAD CLOSED AND LOTS OF FLOODING IN THE CITY LIMITS OF PARIS.

EXCESSIVE RAINFALL FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...ROADWAYS...UNDERPASSESS AND LOW LYING AREAS.
