* AT 1015 PM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN PVER BOURBON AND NICHOLAS COUNTIES. RAINFALL AMOUNTS IN 
  EXCESS OF TWO INCHES ARE LIKELY.

* OTHER LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE RUDDELS MILLS...NORTH
  MIDDLETOWN...MYERS...MOOREFIELD...MILLERSBURG...HOOKTOWN...
