* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  FRONTIER COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST NEBRASKA

* UNTIL 245 PM CDT

* AT 1144 AM CDT...NORTH PLATTE DOPPLER RADAR AND LAW ENFORCEMENT 
  INDICATE HEAVY RAIN CONTINUING OVER MOST OF FRONTIER 
  COUNTY...ESPECIALLY THE EASTERN HALF. 3 HOUR RAINFALL TOTALS OF 
  NEARLY 3 INCHES WAS COMMON IN THAT AREA.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES. ADDITIONALLY...COUNTRY
