* UNTIL 345 PM CDT

* AT 148 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF
  THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM 5 MILES NORTHWEST OF BAY
  SPRINGS TO NEAR QUITMAN.  THE AREA OF HEAV RAIN WAS NEARLY STATIONARY.

RADAR ESTIMATED RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 2 TO 3 INCHES PER HOUR WERE INDICATED
