* AT 718 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED MODERATE 
TO HEAVY RAINFALL CONTINUING OVER MOST OF LAMAR AND FORREST 
COUNTIES. THIS AREA OF RAINFALL IS NEARLY STATIONARY.

RADAR ESTIMATED RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 3 TO 4 INCHES HAS FALLEN OVER 
FORREST AND LAMAR COUNTIES...AND SOME ROADS AND EVACUATIONS HAVE
