THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NESHOBA COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL MISSISSIPPI

* UNTIL 915 AM CDT

* AT 718 AM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER NESHOBA COUNTY BETWEEN
PHILADELPHIA AND HIGHWAY 492 IN SOUTHEAST NESHOBA COUNTY.  THE AREA 
OF HEAVY RAIN WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH. RADAR ESTIMATES THAT OVER
3 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN. AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 3 INCHES IS EXPECTED BY
9 AM THIS MORNING.
