THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  FRANKLIN COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST MISSISSIPPI

* UNTIL 400 PM CDT

* AT 154 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY      
  RAIN WITH EMBEDDED THUNDERSTORMS MOVING NORTH AT 25 MPH.

RADAR ESTIMATED RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF ONE TO TWO INCHES PER HOUR WILL 
BE POSSIBLE THROUGH 4 PM...ESPECIALLY FROM THE MEADVILLE AREA 
EASTWARD. RECENT RAINS OF 5 TO 10 INCHES IN THE COUNTY HAVE SATURATED
THE GROUND SO THESE ADDED RAINS SHOULD PRODUCE FLOODING PROBLEMS. 

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR OCCURRING. 
IF YOU LIVE IN THIS AREA MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND IMMEDIATELY.
