* TORNADO WARNING FOR...
  SHELBY COUNTY IN CENTRAL ILLINOIS

* UNTIL 615 PM CDT

* AT 509 PM CDT...A STORM SPOTTER REPORTED A FUNNEL CLOUD JUST NORTH
  OF WINDSOR. ANOTHER SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED ABOUT 10
  MILES NORTHWEST OF SHELBYVILLE. THESE STORMS WERE MOVING
  SOUTHEAST AT 40 MPH. THESE STORMS COULD PRODUCE TORNADOES 
  AT ANY TIME.
