THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN LINCOLN HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CLAY COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL ILLINOIS

* UNTIL 1030 AM CDT

* AT 633 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  VERY HEAVY RAIN HAS FALLEN FROM LOUISVILLE TO FLORA. TWO TO        
  FOUR INCHES OF RAIN HAS BEEN ESTIMATED SINCE 500 AM.

* THUNDERSTORMS WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CONTINUE ACROSS CLAY
  COUNTY. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL LIKELY RANGE FROM TWO 
  TO FOUR INCHES BY 830 AM. THESE RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL LIKELY
  PRODUCE FLASH FLOODING.
