WAYNE COUNTY IN INDIANA... PREBLE COUNTY IN OHIO... WARREN COUNTY IN OHIO... CLERMONT COUNTY IN OHIO... BUTLER COUNTY IN OHIO... * UNTIL 400 AM EDT(300 AM EST)... * AT 1138 PM EDT(1038 PM EST)...5 MILES NORTHWEST OF CAMDEN...OR ABOUT 6 MILES SOUTHWEST OF EATON...MOVING EAST AT 70 MPH. SPOTTERS...DOPPLER RADAR AND AUTOMATED RAIN GAUGES INDICATE 3 TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA SINCE EARLY THIS EVENING.
