FAYETTE COUNTY IN CENTRAL OHIO... CLINTON COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST OHIO... * UNTIL 615 PM EDT... * 2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA OVER THE LAST 3 HOURS. AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 2 INCHES IS POSSIBLE THROUGH EARLY EVENING. THEREFORE CLINTON AND FAYETTE COUNTIES HAVE BEEN UPGRADED TO A FLASH FLOOD WARNING. NUMEROUS ROADS ACROSS THE WARNED AREA HAVE BEEN CLOSED DUE TO HIGH WATER. THIS ADDITIONAL RAINFALL WILL WORSEN THE EXISTING FLOODING. * SOME LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING AREA INCLUDE... BLOOMINGBURG...
