* AT 1140 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED 
A LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN MOVING ACROSS SOUTHEAST OWEN 
AND SOUTHERN GRANT COUNTIES. RADAR ESTIMATES INDICATE THAT UP TO 10 
INCHES OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN IN THE NEW COLUMBUS TO CORINTH 
AREAS THIS EVENING.
