* TORNADO WARNING FOR...
  SOUTHERN SUMNER COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS

* UNTIL 845 PM CDT

* AT 804 PM CDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG ROTATION 25 MILES WEST OF ARKANSAS
  CITY...OR 8 MILES NORTHWEST OF SOUTH HAVEN...MOVING EAST AT 25 MPH.
  THIS STORM COULD PRODUCE A TORNADO AT ANY TIME.

* THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WILL PASS NEAR OR JUST NORTH OF SOUTH HAVEN
  AROUND 815 PM CDT...

AT 756 PM CDT A TRAINED WEATHER SPOTTER REPORTED A ROTATING WALL
