* UNTIL 545 PM CDT

* AT 502 PM CDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  DEVELOPING TORNADO 21 MILES NORTHWEST OF EL DORADO...OR OVER
  ELBING. THIS DANGEROUS STORM IS MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 30 MPH.
