* AT 1159 PM CDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG ROTATION 42 MILES NORTHWEST OF
  COFFEYVILLE...OR OVER MOLINE...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 35 MPH. THIS
  STORM COULD PRODUCE A TORNADO AT ANY TIME.
