THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN WICHITA HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SALINE COUNTY IN CENTRAL KANSAS

* UNTIL MIDNIGHT CDT

* AT 902 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM
  PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL JUST WEST OF SALINA.

THIS THUNDERSTORM WAS MOVING SLOWLY TO THE EAST.  WITH THE SLOW 
MOVEMENT...VERY HEAVY RAINFALL CAN BE EXPECTED.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...URBAN AREAS...ROADS AND UNDERPASSES...AS WELL AS
OTHER POOR DRAINAGE AREkAS.
