THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN WICHITA HAS EXTENDED THE

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  LINCOLN COUNTY IN CENTRAL KANSAS

* UNTIL 600 AM CDT

* AT 252 AM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS      
  CONTINUED TO PRODUCE HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE SOUTHERN SECTIONS   
  OF LINCOLN COUNTY.  DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES THAT BETWEEN 3 AND 6   
  INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN TO THE SOUTH OF A SYLVAN GROVE TO        
  LINCOLN CENTER LINE IN THE PAST 3 HOURS.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT...WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
